The Fear Of Criticism

The Fear of Criticism

So many times in life we would like to try something new. Like a new sport, different style haircut, changing clothing or loosing weight. But are afraid to try because of the criticism we might receive from others because of our change.

Over time we are brainwash into believing other people’s opinions and think they hold more weight then our own feelings. We do not want to be judged. If you want to break old habits you must not be controlled by outside people. You must have inner control.

This is your life!

There is nothing wrong with a little criticism. You just have to be able to decipher between the truths. Listen for it. Ask yourself if there is any truth to what someone is saying. Do they know what they are talking about?

If you feel they are after careful consideration then use their feedback to improve. If your intuition tells you they are full of it then disregard it! Be true to your self and only accept opinions that hold truths!

Don’t be afraid to have criticisms of your self. But make sure they are your own opinions and not someone else’s. If you don not like something about yourself then change it. Always look to improve.

Sometimes our own criticisms are tainted. This goes back to being brainwashed. Others have fed us information over the years that might have be tainted and have altered our thoughts over the years.

Since we were not trying to decipher between the truth, our thoughts have turned into a messy desk where you can not find the paper you want. It is time to clean up the mess of criticism and restructure.

This is the only way you will be able to change you habits and better your life.

Challenging Life For Inner Peace (Part 1 of 2)

Challenging Life For Inner Peace

Writers looking for inner peace as well

By the time I finish writing this article I am going to need peace my self. Writing is a journey that sometimes like life is frustrating.

The career of writing like life put demands, stress, and sweat from hard work on persons. The saddest part is that the return is very little to nothing. If you believe that last remark, let me tell you another one.

Writers are people with gifts and the rewards are there, but like everything else, they arrive at a slow pace. Inner peace is similar to writing; since you work and work and work and the rewards of your efforts seem miles away.

How to achieve inner peace?

Do you want inner peace? Sure, we all want inner peace, or at least nearly all of us do. How do you achieve inner peace? Do you have the ability to use your mind over matter to control your psyche? If not then you must live, learn, read, and practice in order to reach your peace of mind.

What are you doing to achieve your inner peace? Some people go to Church believing it is the answer to finding inner quietness of the mind. This is not true in many cases. Because unfortunately like many other sources in life, churches do not always have the truth.

What is the truth? Do you know? Do you scramble through each day searching by means of the subconscious mind to find answers to your question? And yet fell to see the answers because you are afraid to meet your subconscious mind?

Until you find truth, you will not find inner peace. Regardless of what you hear throughout your lifetime the truth is somewhere within you. Even if you do not have the entire truth, you have more than you think.

We are all born with the gift of inner peace and the gift of truth. Ethnic is truth. Thus, it is people of all natures living in the world of havoc to join in union.

But believing that hypnosis can do any of these things is just a misunderstanding of the process. Hypnosis in no way interferes with your free will. You will not do anything that is against your ethics.

Under no circumstances will you ever do anything that is totally unacceptable to you. Nor it goes against your personal code of conduct. Neither will you do anything that is against your moral code or which feels wrong to do.

If strutting around like a chicken would cause you serious embarrassment then you just won’t do it!

No danger at all

There is no danger of becoming trapped in a trance state. This is another Hollywood myth for entertainment purposes and has absolutely no basis in fact.

The fact is, you can terminate the hypnotic session at any time you wish. You will just open your eyes and do some stretching!

If a hypnotist, for any reason, were to leave you in a hypnotized state, or a hypnotic recording stopped unexpectedly, you would either wake immediately or fall into a natural, light state of sleep and wake after a very short space of time.

This would only happen if you wanted to stay in the relaxed state!

The cost

The cost of hypnosis and hypnotherapy vary depending on your location. Also by the popularity of the therapist, and the length and nature of the sessions you wish.

Don’t go for the cheap option! Visit a few hypnosis centers. Take the free consultation. By doing so you can make a choice whether the hypnotist is the right person for you or not. It is his job to convince you of that.

A good start is to experience hypnosis through a carefully chosen MP3 or Apps. By using a pre-made recording you can experience it in the comfort of your own home or office. The relaxing meditative state of trance and see whether it is for you or not!

You just need a comfortable chair, couch or bed, a willingness to relax. Then let-go! Listen to a trained professional or professional recording.

You are always in control of yourself before, during and after a hypnosis session. If you are a particularly “good subject” you may forget the experience afterwards. But during the hypnosis session you are always aware of what is happening!

You cannot be made to do nor say anything that is against your moral or ethical codes. It never matter what Hollywood may tell you in “The Manchurian Candidate“!

You will be able to hear everything around you. Thus, you are also aware of everything that is happening around you. There are many people who actually become very sensitive to their environment.

Their 5 senses become heightened and they are even more aware of the smallest of details while in trance. Of course you go back to normal upon “wakening”.

The vast majority of people remember everything the therapist told them when the hypnosis session is over. In fact it’s a pretty good bet to say that everyone who reads this article will be in that group.

What a hypnotherapist do

It is the job of a hypnotherapist to make you feel comfortable before, during and after a session. If, at anytime, you feel uncomfortable with what the therapist is doing or saying tell them to stop!

To get the most from any hypnosis session you must be able to relate to the hypnotherapist and trust them. For this reason all reputable hypnosis professionals give a free consultation before you ever enter a trance state.

Seek out a hypnotist you feel comfortable with. The one who makes you feel that they can get the results that you are looking for. After all you are in charge!

It is a great tool

Hypnosis is merely a tool. It is a highly effective method for producing inner change that is permanent. I understand that some religions forbid their followers to take part in anything that may cause them to lose control of their mental, emotional and conscious functions.

Hypnotic trance is really just a state of deep relaxation which creates alpha and sometimes theta waves in the brain. Sometimes a subject can be in a fairly deep state of trance without even knowing it. They merely think they are very relaxed. In very rare cases the subject thinks they just fell asleep!

Everyone can be under the spell of hypnotism

Everyone can be under the spell of hypnotism. However, all forms of Hypnosis are really self-hypnosis. For in order to hypnotize by someone, you must first be willing to hand over control to the hypnotist. Without consensual participation from a subject a hypnotist is virtually powerless.

It is extremely difficult to hypnotize a person who is under the influence of liquor or drugs. These people are already in a self-induced state of trance.

Trance is directing them into a different altered state becomes almost impossible. In addition it is impossible to hypnotize someone who is adamant they don’t want to undergo hypnosis!

The hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy is a very specific form of hypnosis use mostly by health care professionals. As hypnosis is an extremely powerful tool for gaining access to the subconscious mind. Many emotionally-created illnesses can be treated with hypnotherapy.

In fact, as the medical profession becomes more aware of the role the mind plays in illness and healing, they have that some physical ailments, such as warts and skin disorders like eczema, can be successfully treated with hypnosis.

Simply stated Hypnotherapy is an alternative therapy. It uses hypnosis as a catalyst for creating inner change in a patient. That may take months or even years of traditional therapy techniques!

It is safe

Hypnosis is completely safe! It is just an efficient quick method for entering a deep relaxation, natural state of mind and body. There are no drugs involved, no unpleasant nor unwanted side-effects and it is in no way addictive.
