Challenging Life For Inner Peace (Part 1 of 2)

Quietness of the mind

Peace in true definition is a quietness of the mind. If the mind requires quietness then it is up to you to shut up the argumentation. It usually goes on between the emotions, subconscious, and conscious mind.

The subconscious mind has goodies waited inside, and it is up to you to hunt them down and find it. Once you make contact with your subconscious, you will be surprised what comes out.

To do it, it takes skill, effort, patience, and long-suffering. As well as the ability to find your way out of havoc and into inner peace.

Quietness of the mind means there is no area for suffering and pain.  What we obtain will go to lengths to remain in tact from the chaos.

Liberate the mind

During your time searching for inner peace, you will need to learn how to liberate the mind. Liberating the mind means, you are willing to give all your guilt, prejudices, shame and lies. It also includes negative thoughts, and other harmful thinking to God and let go for life.

Once you reach this agreement with self then you will feel peace within your being. And once you gain this feeling continue to let go and fight for your inner peace.

Final thoughts

Well, we are nearing the end now of this article. I hope that you have learned from this work, since peace is everything. Like you, I want inner peace for everyone. This brings us to another point.

We cannot control others; therefore, we must learn to control self. When you spend time controlling others you are burning up energy. The energy can be utilized to find and save your inner peace.

Asking questions will bring forth light. Thus, finding inner peace means that you must learn to communicate with self. Learn the strategies of communication, or the creativity of communication. It is a tool you need to move along without stumbling along the way.

Do you believe what I said in the last few words of the sentence? If you think, you are not going to stumble along the way to finding inner peace, stop and read this article again.

You can use the Expert’s Head technique to improve your skills at some desired activity, or to accelerate your ability to learn to do something you have never done before.

First spend a few weeks performing the Expert’s Head exercise daily to familiarize yourself with it. Once you are accustomed to the process of donning the expert’s head, you are ready to use this technique to accelerate your skills development.

First spend a few minutes performing the desired skill entirely in your mind. Feel as if you are actually performing perfectly it and that you really know how to do it.

Then move to the Expert’s Head exercise, and spend about 10 –15 minutes, performing the activity in real life, but mentally be the character of the expert, wearing the expert’s head and body.

After about fifteen minutes, gently remove the expert’s head and step out of the expert’s body. Thank the expert for the use of his or her body, mind and talent.

Ask the person to continue filling your mind with more of their expert knowledge and ability even when you are not practicing this exercise.

Before the experience starts to fade from your memory, spend a few minutes writing down or speaking out loud everything you can remember.

Write down or speak everything you can remember that was really different when you were in the expert’s mind and body, rather than as yourself.

Improvement of a particular skill

When you wish to improve a particular skill, first spend about 15 minutes mentally doing it as yourself. Then slip into the expert’s head and body to continue the exercise in real life for another fifteen to thirty minutes

If you repeat this process about three times a day, you will experience a greatly accelerated ability to master the skills you desire.

Please realize that advice and knowledge you read in this manner is not infallible. Do not feel oblige to act on any advice from your inner dialogue with your guides unless you are convince it is appropriate for you at this time.

This technique can greatly increase access to your inner creativity and wisdom, but you will still need to make informed and reasoned decisions about what you do.

Once there sit or lie down in a comfortable position. Keep your head looking straight ahead, lift your eyes to look at a spot on the wall just above eye level.

Count from 20 down to 10 in a slow manner until you feel your eyes start to strain. You will want to close them. Allow your eyelids to close and continue counting until you reach the number 1.

Then imagine that a long winding staircase with 20 steps is there in front of you. Move to the first step as you mentally say, “20. Going down, down, down. Deeper, deeper and ever deeper.

Then take the next step and say, “19. Deeper and deeper still”. Then move to the next step and say, “18. Going down, down, down. Deeper, deeper and ever deeper. Then the next saying, “17. Deeper and deeper still.”

Continue this until you reach the last step and imagine that the staircase has led you to a door. Open the door. Open it and see what is there. This is your special sanctuary where you are relaxed and safe at all times.

Once you enter your sanctuary perform the mental exercise given above

When finished with your exercises, count 1 to 10 telling yourself that you are becoming wide awake with every number. You will find that when you return to normal consciousness you are fully revitalized yet calm and relaxed.

Perform your self-hypnosis every day for 30 days and you will have created permanent changes in your mind and body. Now that you understand the process involved with self-hypnosis and now have the skills to bring yourself into a hypnotic trance, the changes you can make and results you can create are only limited by your imagination! Have fun.

The Road to Genius (Part 2 of 2)

Read the first part here.

Continuation:

Like noise on a radio the mind interferes with the channels that keep us connected to our true self. We live by the mind and through the mind and only on occasion do we glimpse the greater powers that be.

The mind

Have you noticed that the harder you think about a problem the more illusive the solution? Yet, when you still the mind or stop thinking about it the answer seems to come to you from nowhere?

This is an open channel to the greater self that is free from the interference of the mind. The best solutions come from beyond the mind! You see, the mind can only give you solutions to problems based on past experience and knowledge.

Most famous artists, musicians, writers and scientists have all said that their greatest ideas come from a deeper place than the mind. We all experience this on certain levels because we are all connected to the greater self through many channels.

It’s just that the stronger connections go hand in hand with our greater skills; those skills we practice the most!

Practice makes a genius

When an apprentice exceeds the master’s ability where has the new found talent come from? The same can be said for those we consider genius. Somehow, at whatever age they have found a strong and open channel to the greater self.

And, they keep this channel strong through constant practice. It is practice that lowers the level of mind noise and keeps the channel open to new ideas.

And here is the key for the rest of us. These channels allow each and everyone of us to develop the qualities of genius. When we consistently practice something we open up the channels to the greater essence of the thing we are practicing.

We tune into a greater power that makes us exceed the abilities of our mentors. We become classified as a genius. In effect we become a genius in whatever it is we practice long and hard enough at. Practice really is the road to perfection!

An Ideal Leader (Part 2 of 2)

Do not miss out the first part.

Continuation:

Not about what you make others do

Being a leader is not about what you make others do. It’s about who you are, what you know, and what you do. You are a reflection of what you’re subordinates must be.

Studies have shown that one other bases of good leadership is the trust and confidence your subordinates have of you. If they trust you they will go through hell and high water for you and for the organization.

Trust and confidence

Trust and confidence is built on good relationships, trustworthiness, and high ethics.

The way you deal with your people, and the relationships you build will lay the foundation for the strength of your group. The stronger your relationship, the stronger their trust and confidence is in your capabilities.

Once you have their trust and confidence, you may now proceed to communicate the goals and objectives you are to undertake.

The key

Communication is a very important key to good leadership. Without this you cannot be a good leader. The knowledge and technical expertise you have must be clearly imparted to other people.

Also, you cannot be a good leader and unless you have good judgment. You must be able to assess situations, weigh the pros and cons of any decision, and actively seek out a solution.

It is this judgment that your subordinates will come to rely upon. Therefore, good decision-making is vital to the success of your organization.

Not do-it-all heroes

Leaders are not do-it-all heroes. You should not claim to know everything, and you should not rely upon your skills alone.

You should recognize and take advantage of the skills and talents your subordinates have. Only when you come to this realization will you be able to work as one cohesive unit.

Cannot be learned overnight

Remember being a leader takes a good deal of work and time. It is not learned overnight. Remember, also, that it is not about just you. It is about you and the people around you.

Are you a leader?

So, do you have the drive and the desire to serve required of leaders? Do you have the desire to work cooperatively with other people? Then start now. Take your stand and be leader today.
