Do You Have This Bad Habit? (Part 1 of 2)

But focusing more on assigning blame than on how to deal with the problems is just a bad habit. It’s like a child screaming “I don’t want it this way!” thinking that complaints will change reality.

It isn’t very productive. You may notice in friends who find many things and people to blame in their lives.

Breaking A Bad Habit

Blame the person who chooses to be cruel to you. But you are also to blame if you choose to be abused repeatedly by spending time with this person. It’s a bit like sticking your hand in a fire repeatedly, hoping it will one day stop being hot.

Almost, I say, because a person CAN change. However, how often do they? Be realistic here, or you are fighting reality as surely as when you put your hand into a fire.

A person can wait for his “ship to come in,” or can face the fact that people create most of the “luck” they have in life. Then they start working toward his goals.

I can work for political change or just complain and wish things were different. You can watch people succeed, while talking about the “reasons” for your failures. You can see what they are doing to succeed and try that.

Sometimes we don’t want to see the truth. To really want to see it we may need to look at the futility of fighting reality. Who is more likely to find happiness in this world?

A man who demands it should be the way he wants it. Or one who accepts things as they are, changes what he can, and does what he needs to do? Who will more likely succeed? A man who knows all about how things “should be?” Or one who sees only what is there and deals with it?

Do you need motivation to change? Start watch complainers and blamers and those who say “should” and “shouldn’t” too often. Watch closely, and you’ll see how they suffer for their demands on reality.

This is a bad habit upon which many other bad habits are based, but it can be broken.

Hypnosis, Magnetism and Luck (Part 3 of 3)

Please read the First Part and Second Part.

These emotions are necessary as your visualization will not work without them. It also takes care of the negativity you may otherwise experience throughout your normal day.

The more you practice your visualization in this manner the more positive you will feel during your normal day and therefore the less negative thoughts and emotions you will be focused on.

The second reason for failure, when trying to consciously use the law of attraction and visualization is the lack of action. We live in a world that is regulated and created by thought but it is also in a state of motion.

You need to take some action that will get you closer to your goal. No matter how small the action is it will add power to the forces of the law of attraction. I cannot stress this enough.

We may be capable of achieving things through thought alone but we, as a species and individuals, are not yet spiritually/emotionally evolved enough to create our desires through thought alone – we are carrying around too much negative thoughts and feelings. So take some action!

For many people, myself included, it is hard to create a mental image that is clear and detailed. There are a few times when I also find it hard to evoke the emotions that are necessary to activate the law of attraction.

I have found that hypnosis is invaluable on such occasions. When I am hypnotized and deeply relaxed I find it much easier to create mental images and mental movies.

I also find that it is easier to get in touch with my emotions and thus evoke the necessary feelings I need to activate the law of attraction.

Follow my guidelines and people will soon by commenting on how lucky you are. However, you will know that it is not luck but merely magnetism deliberately created by following laws as old as time itself.

Hypnosis, Magnetism and Luck (Part 2 of 3)

Do not dare to miss the first part.

Continuation:

Likewise, if you have strong emotions when engaged in a thought the law of attraction will immediately begin its manifestation.

Basically you get what you hold in mind the most.

It is your predominant thoughts that become manifest in the world of matter. Many people try the art of visualization. Some succeed but most do not.

Why is this?

Well if you spend 15 minutes visualizing your goal and then spend the rest of your day thinking about the fact that you do not have it, you are really focused on the lack of your desire rather than on having it. Your predominant thoughts must support your visualizations.

The problem with many people who try to use the Law of Attraction is that they misunderstand two key principles. Firstly, although it is the thought that is manifested, it is not just thought that activates the law.

Rather it is your emotional state when you think the thought that starts the manifesting. This is a vitally important point. It is how you are feeling when you think that creates the real magic.

When you combine positive emotions with a visualized scene the law of attraction goes into overdrive. You can visualize your desires endlessly for hours at a time and they will never materialize if they are not backed by strong positive emotions.

Ask yourself why you want the thing that you want. Once you have identified several reasons look more deeply into them. What is the feeling you will get from achieving these things?

Having identified the feelings behind the desire it is now easy to use the law of attraction. All you have to do is visualize yourself already in possession of your desire.

Visualize the scene in a way that is clear and represents exactly what you want. Imagine you are in that scene seeing it through your own eyes. Then start to feel the feelings that you would have if that mental image were real.

Hypnosis, Magnetism and Luck (Part 1 of 3)

It is a sad part of life that some people are extremely lucky and some people are extremely unlucky. It seems that is the universal way. Or is it?

Do you ever wonder why some people are lucky and some are not? Do you ever wonder why some people are very unlucky? Would you like to begin today changing your own luck?

Would you like to learn how to become a magnet for what you want? Would you like to find out how you can do it yourself or even with the aid of hypnosis? Good, then read on!

Some people have the false belief that there are those of us who are born lucky and those who are born unlucky. However the truth is much more interesting and you can use it to create your own luck.

Perhaps you have already encountered some material that advocates the Law of Attraction. Did you carefully read what it had to say? Perhaps you are unconvinced that this law actually exists.

Perhaps this is the first time you have heard of this. It really does not matter what you have or have not done in the past, whether or not you know of the law of attraction or not. I am going to share with you a way to manifest your desires all the time.

The Law of Attraction has been called by many names – the most popular before the film “The Secret” was Synchronicity. Simply put this law is responsible for bringing us everything that we experience in life.

However, it is you as a thinking, feeling conscious entity that activates this law. If you drop a stone from a great height the law of gravity will send it crashing down until it hits the ground.

The Choices We Make

Choices

Every minute of every day we are faced with choices. Each decision we make leads us along a new path. The road to our future is determined by the choices we make now.

Unconscious of the fact that we are making these choices we are led down the well trodden paths of decisions already made. The road we choose appears familiar because our habitual conditioning has led us this way before.

Why is this?

Because invariably we take the easy option over the better one. We settle for the comfort zone, afraid to venture into realms unknown and the excitement of unchartered paths. The easy choice means we don’t have to think or take action. If we did, we would have to take responsibility; a rare experience indeed.

The true purpose

The true purpose of life is expansion and growth. When we take the easy option we are not being truthful to ourselves. We are settling for less than we are and our lives are forged by the dreams of others.

What happens to us? We become ‘set in our ways’ and grow weaker through inactivity. When we don’t think for ourselves our brains become dull. When we are physically inactive we become weak. When we eat the wrong things our energy is depleted and we fall victim to bad health. And all because we choose the easy option.

The better option

We can’t possibly move forward unless we choose the better option. We can only grow by overcoming challenges, experiencing setbacks and taking responsibility. This is achieved by taking on things bigger than we are, by extending ourselves to become better than we were.

There is no doubt we will experience defeat but this is just an inevitable part of the process. Successful people aren’t successful because they haven’t experienced failure.

On the contrary, they generally have experienced failure more often than most. Neither are they luckier than most. As one famous quote by Roy D Chapin Jr puts it “Luck is the time when preparation and opportunity meet.”

Opportunity is down the path we have never traveled not in the places we keep coming back to. Successful people are simply better prepared to make the most of any opportunity that comes their way.

How are they better prepared? Because they chose a different way; when the going got tough they chose the better option.

How do we know what choices to make?

When we know what our goals are the better option is immediately apparent. It is the option that leads us towards our goal in the quickest way possible. It is not some subtle distraction that takes our sight off the target or a well crafted excuse to procrastinate.

It gets us from point A to point B via the shortest route even if that means leaving the comfort zone to do it. We forge new paths, experience new things and grow even stronger as a result.

Do you see how we make our own luck? Treading the same path day after day is hardly the recipe for success.

Do yourself and everyone else in your life a favor. Go for your biggest dreams and make the world a better place. Choose the better option over the easy option every time.
