Secrets For Stress-Free Living (Part 1 of 4)

Secrets for a stress-free living is not a secret after all. We only need to reflect and talk to ourselves.

Below are some of the things to ponder:

Accept the problem

Be at peace with a current problem, for the solution to come to you. You have to accept yourself where you are, no matter what. We cannot solve any problem without first accepting it. We spend so much of our time trying to deny what has happened or deny a part of ourselves. Pushing it away, which only leads to more of the problem appearing in your life.

More often than not, accepting the part of you that is creating the problem solves half the problem. Part of you is trying to send you a message. Maybe it’s time you listen.

You cannot attract to you, that to which you are not already connected

So be an appreciator. One of the fastest ways to attract what you want towards you is learning to appreciate the good. Whatever situation life is presenting you with. Being an appreciator is so important because it is the closest energetic vibrational match to source. Therefore the creation of what it is that you want.

The more you operate at that frequency, the closer to source you are. This will make things faster to manifest for you in the physical world. It is not important to verbalize your appreciation but simply to offer it.

Appreciation is the antidote to some of the lowest forms of energy and emotions we are capable of shame, resentment, etc. By offering thanks and assuming that you already have what you seek, you immediately begin to attract more of it towards you, whether you have any of it or not.

Happiness is not pleasure

The experience of pleasure is a right now, in-the-moment, sensory-rich, and sights, sounds, and feelings experience in your person.

The Law Of Attraction Secret (Part 2 of 2)

Attitude of gratitude

This is why it is important to hold on to an attitude of gratitude for the things you already have. You can even be grateful for where you are in life right now, no matter how bad it is. That is the launching platform for your new improved life. Start from where you are. Wherever you are in life it is the right place for you right now. Just be satisfied to begin from where you are and you will soon get to where you want to go.

The future

Once you have identified those things in life you wish to have, begin to think of them often. Imagine that you are already in possession of them. This is you becoming at one with your desire. Once you can hold your desire in mind and see, feel and accept that you are in possession of it you have become your future vision.

This is being your desire. Look at children they are excellent at this. It is a natural state of mind and not as hard to achieve as you may imagine. Just allow yourself to do it. Have fun and play with your internal vision. Enjoy it!

Be flexible enough to allow the universe to deliver these things to you as it sees fit. However, you need to take action. The Bible tells us that, “faith without works is dead”, James 2:14-26.

Be ready to take some steps towards your goal. No matter how small or insignificant these steps are taken at least some action every day that will bring you closer to your desires.

You will soon find that as you take even small steps towards your desires and stay true to your inner vision the universe will rush to meet you. Coincidences will occur and you will find opportunities are presented to you. As long as you are generating positive emotions around your internal vision, your actions will be a pleasure and feel natural.

So remember, be what you desire, then do what you have to in order to bring you closer to those desires and then you will have everything you want!

These emotions are necessary as your visualization will not work without them. It also takes care of the negativity you may otherwise experience throughout your normal day.

The more you practice your visualization in this manner the more positive you will feel during your normal day and therefore the less negative thoughts and emotions you will be focused on.

The second reason for failure, when trying to consciously use the law of attraction and visualization is the lack of action. We live in a world that is regulated and created by thought but it is also in a state of motion.

You need to take some action that will get you closer to your goal. No matter how small the action is it will add power to the forces of the law of attraction. I cannot stress this enough.

We may be capable of achieving things through thought alone but we, as a species and individuals, are not yet spiritually/emotionally evolved enough to create our desires through thought alone – we are carrying around too much negative thoughts and feelings. So take some action!

For many people, myself included, it is hard to create a mental image that is clear and detailed. There are a few times when I also find it hard to evoke the emotions that are necessary to activate the law of attraction.

I have found that hypnosis is invaluable on such occasions. When I am hypnotized and deeply relaxed I find it much easier to create mental images and mental movies.

I also find that it is easier to get in touch with my emotions and thus evoke the necessary feelings I need to activate the law of attraction.

Follow my guidelines and people will soon by commenting on how lucky you are. However, you will know that it is not luck but merely magnetism deliberately created by following laws as old as time itself.

Hypnosis, Magnetism and Luck (Part 2 of 3)

Likewise, if you have strong emotions when engaged in a thought the law of attraction will immediately begin its manifestation.

Basically you get what you hold in mind the most.

It is your predominant thoughts that become manifest in the world of matter. Many people try the art of visualization. Some succeed but most do not.

Why is this?

Well if you spend 15 minutes visualizing your goal and then spend the rest of your day thinking about the fact that you do not have it, you are really focused on the lack of your desire rather than on having it. Your predominant thoughts must support your visualizations.

The problem with many people who try to use the Law of Attraction is that they misunderstand two key principles. Firstly, although it is the thought that is manifested, it is not just thought that activates the law.

Rather it is your emotional state when you think the thought that starts the manifesting. This is a vitally important point. It is how you are feeling when you think that creates the real magic.

When you combine positive emotions with a visualized scene the law of attraction goes into overdrive. You can visualize your desires endlessly for hours at a time and they will never materialize if they are not backed by strong positive emotions.

Ask yourself why you want the thing that you want. Once you have identified several reasons look more deeply into them. What is the feeling you will get from achieving these things?

Having identified the feelings behind the desire it is now easy to use the law of attraction. All you have to do is visualize yourself already in possession of your desire.

Visualize the scene in a way that is clear and represents exactly what you want. Imagine you are in that scene seeing it through your own eyes. Then start to feel the feelings that you would have if that mental image were real.

Forgiveness: A Path to Healing (Part 1 of 2)

In our journey to inner peace and healing, both guilt and forgiveness of self and others have a profound effect on this process.

Guilt is defined as a feeling of culpability especially for imagined offences or from a sense of inadequacy; a self-reproach; and forgiveness as the act of forgiving or the ceasing of feeling resentment against an offender.

Guilt and lack of forgiveness of self and others, burdens many people with the heavy weight of inappropriate shame and the destruction of deep-seated resentments.

In recent years, much has been written about the destructiveness of repressed emotions and particularly anger and resentment in contributing to life-threatening illnesses.

The belief that feeling emotion means we are weak is a dreadful legacy to burden people with. Teaching people that strength means not feeling or denying our feelings is tantamount to creating illness.

Beliefs such as “big boys don’t cry” and “good girls don’t get angry” has resulted in men and women who are unable to get in touch with what they actually feel. Depression is thought to be caused by anger turned inward and is only one of the symptoms of the need to protect ourselves from the scorn associated with expressing feelings.

Many other illnesses and particularly the addictions are theorized to be expressions of a deep level of emotional pain.

Why won’t we forgive? I believe it starts from our unwillingness to forgive ourselves.  We believe that we are undeserving of love, respect, acceptance, appreciation, and the right to live a life where we walk in peace, joy, harmony, and abundance.

Somewhere along the line, we started to believe that all the rules and regulations of the society in which we live defined who we were supposed to be.

We stopped trusting and believing in our own inherent worth and came to believe that we were “not good enough.” Messages such as “you failed” or “you should” became a litany for us to abuse ourselves with guilt.
