CROSSROADS

Sometimes when I look back, and think of all the “could- have- beens” in my life, I often wonder: did I make the right choice? Did I miss a road sign?… Am I on the right track?… CROSSROADS …

They happen all the time. saying goodbye to some, choosing only one.  Letting go, holding on… settling for now, but facing what must come.

Yes, in life, we all reach a crossroad sometime.

We make painful decision and take some risks as we pursue our dreams.  But one should not stay at the CROSSROADS too long. For even the birds have to leave their nests sometime and learn how to fly.

The Life road is long and rough, and there are stretches when one has to do it alone. And should you meet the cross at the road, be consoled.

Yes, more often than not, the road less traveled will surely bring you home. Face the light and the shadow falls behind you. Turn your back, and the shadows fall in front of you.

Indeed, the truth hurts, but it will surely set you free. The bitter pangs of parting, will give birth to another moment called growing.

So grow on.. until it’s time for you to move on… and face the crossroads again.

Knowing God loves you and is in control of everything.

Be strong at the crossroads.

Embrace the CROSS at the ROAD.

The LORD is at the cross, at the road, at all your CROSSROADS …

Hypnosis has been used by wise men and women for centuries to create relaxed physical and mental states. It condition the mind to respond differently to outside stimuli. It is just as relevant and effective today as it ever has been.

Through technological breakthroughs and advances in mind conditioning it is possible to create profound lasting change with self-hypnosis recordings. Many of the new recordings, by the best hypnotherapists, include binaural beat technology.

It entrains the brain to enter into specific mental states ideal for learning and reconditioning, and NLP exercises. There are a great many recordings that are of poor quality, both in their sound and their suggestions, so beware.

However, there are some excellent pre-made sessions on subjects that are as varied as the people who use them.

It is, however, possible for you to enter a hypnotic trance by yourself

Then give yourself carefully chosen post-hypnotic suggestions, with just as much power as any hypnotist. These can be a list of simple affirmations that you mentally repeat while in the deeper stages of trance.

I find it better to use pre-made custom recordings. I like to let my mind wander during the trance state. The trance state is so relaxing that most times you don’t really want to leave it.

This happens as the conscious mind becomes extremely lazy while hypnotized. This is why I prefer pre-made sessions or to visit a trained

Performing your own hypnotic session

However, if you prefer to perform your own hypnotic session, which many people do, you must first ensure that you have a clear intention about your purpose before you enter into a hypnotic state. Ask yourself what you want to achieve from the hypnotic session.

You can use self-hypnosis and post-hypnotic suggestions effectively to make any mental or emotional change you can think of.

The unlimited power

Mind power is awesome

The power of your Mind is truly awesome. You can use your mental powers to achieve success that, up until now, you have only ever dreamed of. It is a Universal truth.

Life tends to move you towards the physical equivalent of your predominant thoughts and feelings. A great many people are well aware of this fact. Most find it extremely difficult to apply this knowledge and put it to work effectively in their lives. Are you one of those people?

If you are, then do not worry because I am about to show you how to overcome this little problem.

Ways to use mind power to succeed

It seems to most of us that our thoughts are random, sometimes erratic and beyond our control

Our emotions truly do run us most of the time. When we have an emotional response to a thing we tend to go into automatic thinking. This happens because the subconscious programs in our mind take over.

All too often these programs are just rehashed memories. They create negative emotions and negative thoughts.

Usually it hinder us from moving in the life direction that we really want. Our dominant thoughts and feelings are usually negative in nature. Maybe due to the conditioning that has taken over on this planet.

The real power you wield is the conscious ability to change your dominant automatic thinking

By doing so you can ensure your feelings and thoughts are more positive in nature. It will be more aligned with your desires and are therefore creating the life experiences that you want.

This may sound like a tall order but there are many great techniques and tools to accomplish this. One of the best tools to recondition your mind for success is self-hypnosis.

They Give Up Easily

Successful people treat failures as stepping stones to success. Incompetent ones call it quits upon recognizing the first signs of failure.

At first, they may be excited to start an endeavor. But then they lose interest fairly quickly, especially when they encounter errors.

Then they go & search for a new one. Same story & same results. Incompetent people don’t have the persistence to go on and fulfill their dreams.

They Try to Bring Others Down To Their Level

Incompetent people envy other successful individuals. Instead of working hard to be like them, these incompetent ones spread rumors and try every dirty trick to bring them down.

They could’ve asked these successful ones nicely. But no, they’re too proud. They don’t want to ask advice. Moreover, they’re too negative to accomplish anything.

They Waste Their Time

These are the people who do not have the idea what to do next. They may just be contented on eating, getting drunk, watching TV, or worse, staring at the blank wall with no thoughts whatsoever to improve their lives.

It’s perfectly fine to enjoy once in a while. But time should be managed efficiently in order to succeed. There should be a proper balance between work & pleasure.

They Take the Easy Way Out

If there are two roads to choose from, incompetent people would choose the wider road with less rewards than the narrower road with much better rewards at the end.

They don’t want any suffering or hardship. They want a good life. What these people don’t know is that what you reap is what you sow. Efforts & action will not go unnoticed.

If only they would be willing to sacrifice a little, they would be much better off.

Now what successful people do

Successful people made it through trials & error. They never give up. They are willing to do everything necessary to achieve what they aspire for in life.

Habits Of The Unsuccessful (Part 1 of 2)

The big difference

The difference between successful people and unsuccessful people is, successful people do what other people won’t do. If you want to have a fantastic life, never engage yourself in these deadly habits of the unsuccessful and incompetent people do.

Habits of the unsuccessful and incompetent:

They Think, Say, & Do Negative Things

Yes. They see problems in EVERY opportunity. These people complain that the sun is too hot. They cursed the rain for ruining their plans for the day. Not to mention that they blame the wind for ruining their hair.

They think that everyone is against them. They see the problems but never the solutions. Every little bit of difficulty is exaggerated to the point of tragedy. Failures often regarded as catastrophes.

Easily they become discouraged instead of learning from their mistakes. These are the kind of people who are afraid to come out of their comfort zone. As a result, they never seem to move forward.

They Usually Act Before They Think

They move based on instinct or impulse. If they see something they like, they buy at once without any second thought. Then they see something better. They regret & curse for not able to take advantage of the bargain.

Then they spend & spend again until nothing’s left. They don’t think about the future. What they’re after is the pleasure they will experience at present. They don’t think about the consequences. Those who engage in unsafe sex, criminality, and the like are included in this group.

They Talk Much More Than They Listen

They want to be the star of the show. So they always engage in talks that would make them heroes, even to the point of lying. Oftentimes they are not aware that what they’re saying is not sensible anymore.

When other people advise them, they close their ears because they’re too proud to admit their mistakes. In their mind they’re always correct. They reject suggestions because that will make them feel inferior.

The formula to use to put people in trance-like states is the Hypnotherapy. The person is sort of sleeping. In some instances, a patient may be highly aware. It depends on the person.

The design of the therapeutic tactic is to bring you to relaxation whilst altering the conscious mind. We all have the ability to induce hypnotherapy.

We can do this through meditation

When we meditate, we go into a deep focused state of mind, which usually takes us to responsive ideas or images. We can learn to control the mind, yet when a hypnotherapy process takes place, only the person has the right to control his/her mind.

Hypnotherapy is designed to teach one how to master his/her state of mind, including awareness. The goal is to build faith, as well as a good attitude toward life.

Our memory

Each time something happens to us, we develop a different attitude or behavior. Each time this occurs, our emotional responds and physical attaches to the memory.

This memory is often repeated. Sometimes we develop unhealthy and inappropriate behaviors and attitudes when something happens to us. We develop bad habits that hold us back.

A therapist can work with you to re-direct your way of thinking, actions, etc to start thinking positive. You will acquire healthier ways to handle problems.

During the trance, you will feel relaxed. You will also feel awaken to new ideas. As you mind wakens, you will be willing to participate in new and healthier ideas. Before you participate in hypnosis however, make sure that you consult with a qualified doctor and psychiatrist.

The hypnosis

Hypnosis can intensify some symptoms, especially when inappropriate diagnoses are made. If you have mental complications, such as Multiple Personality Disorder, (MPD), currently noted as Disassociate Identity Disorder, (DID), then I recommend you avoid hypnosis.

These people self-induce trance-like states and it could cause serious complications if you allow someone unqualified to hypnotize you.
